I think, that apart from the sphere restaurant in Al Faisaliyah (the tower with which the Kingdom Center was competing), at this moment this is the sole city viewpoint available to general public. The view is most impressive after sunset, when the street lights are on. It can be mesmerizing to watch the endless river of cars. For those who have been in Riyadh a while ago, it would be also insightful to notice how the city grew in different directions within just last five years…

Pricing: 69 SAR for adult ticket, 23 SAR for kids under 10 years old.
